Organizations and their employees often have differing views on the top priorities for training programs, and aligning those views has always been a challenge for professionals in the training and development industry.

To get a clearer picture of how employee training needs are being prioritized, BizLibrary partnered with the Brandon Hall Group to survey both employers administering training and employees receiving training. The results of this survey yielded some interesting results, showing that companies are beginning to shift toward a learner-centric training strategy, but there is still a lot of room for improvement. In some ways, employers and employees are seeing eye to eye on training, but there are a few major disconnects.
