Why is ALIGN going virtual this year?
It was not an easy decision, but given the current circumstances, uncertainty regarding travel, along with many other events going virtual, we felt this was the best way to keep our clients and staff safe while being able to reach as many clients as possible with all of the great sessions and takeaways this event delivers each year!
How do I register for the virtual event?
Registration for ALIGN 2021 is now open. Click here to register, if you have not already.
When does the conference take place?
Our Spring event will take place on May 20 starting at 9:00 AM CT. Our Fall Event will take place on October 14 starting at 9:00 AM CT. More details about each event can be found here.
What platform is the ALIGN virtual event being held on?
Our May 20 event will be hosted on the On24 Platform. Once you register, details for accessing the event will be sent to you via email a day or two before the event starts.
How much does the ALIGN conference cost?
ALIGN Virtual is a complimentary conference for BizLibrary clients. Prospective clients should work with their BizLibrary account executive if interested in attending. Any other companies wishing to attend should contact Katie Miller at events@bizlibrary.com for further details.
How many of my team members can attend?
We welcome organizations to send as many participants as they would like. Each breakout time has two different sessions to choose from. Some organizations choose to send multiple team members, so they can attend more breakout sessions.
Will there be anyone from my industry in attendance?
BizLibrary clients span a wide range of industries. Past attendees include those from manufacturing, retail services, non-profit, finance/banking and credit unions, professional services, healthcare, city/county agencies, construction, hospitality, media, staffing, and more! We’ll provide opportunities to network with those in the same or like industries during the two events this year as well.
I can only attend for part of the conference. Can I still attend?
Yes! We would love for you to attend every event, but some participants are only able to attend one or two sessions - and that's ok! A great advantage of a virtual setting, is that you’re able to come and go as you please.
Which breakout sessions should I attend?
While there are no set paths for either ALIGN event, the breakout sessions will be categorized into tracks. More information about the tracks can be found when we announce the agenda in a couple of months. Stay tuned!
How do I download the presentations?
Session presentations are made available through the event platform. Participants can download slides, resources, and more during each live event.
Will the ALIGN sessions be recorded and available to watch on-demand at a later time?
We promise the experience is better live due to the ability to interact through chat and ask questions of our presenters. We do understand that things come up though, and we really want you to get to enjoy the ALIGN content! We are planning to make select sessions available on-demand for a limited time after the event ends. Only those who've registered prior to the live event will be able to access sessions on-demand. Will the sessions be the same for each event date (May & Oct.)?
No. The sessions and presenters in May will be different than in October, but all still focused around best practices and trends within training, employee development, and learning technology. We'd love to have you at both events!
How do I receive my re-certification credits?
Yes, ALIGN is approved for SHRM, HRCI, CPTD, and CPTM credits this year. More details will be sent out closer to each event about how you can obtain your credits.
Are the BizLibrary Awards still happening?
Yes, the BizLibrary Awards will take place during our Fall event on October 14! Applications will open in July. To learn more about the BizLibrary awards, visit our Awards page.
