BizLibrary offers safety content for certification and annual refresher training

ST. LOUIS, Missouri, Feb. 24, 2021 – BizLibrary, a leader in online learning solutions, announced a new partnership with ClickSafety, an online safety and compliance training provider. This partnership will offer BizLibrary’s clients Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-hour and 30-hour certification content, available for purchase and easily accessible through BizLMS – BizLibrary’s learning management system – or any AICC LMS.

“Safety and compliance training is a top priority for organizations seeking training resources, and as an online learner provider we believe it is our duty to offer clients the most relevant business-critical topics today,” said Kate Walsh, vice president of Client Success at BizLibrary. “We are so excited to be partnering with ClickSafety to offer clients easy access to OSHA certification courses through the BizLibrary platform.”

OSHA is a federal agency that sets and enforces a series of rigorous standards to ensure safe working conditions for workers in construction, manufacturing, retail, and other high-risk settings. Organizations that require OSHA certifications and Department of Labor (DOL) cards can easily facilitate employee certification by adding OSHA courses to their package and consuming the content via the BizLMS for a consistent learner experience. Clients can license the following text-based elearning content in English and Spanish:

  • OSHA 10-Hour General Industry – This course features content on electrical safety, emergency hazard communication, personal protective equipment, walking and working surfaces, and more.
  • OSHA 10-Hour Construction – This course features content on preventing health and safety hazards commonly found on construction sites and covers topics such as workers’ rights and employer responsibilities; Focus Four, major construction, and material handling hazards; how to use personal protective equipment, and more.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction – This course builds on the 10-hour construction content with the inclusion of motor vehicle, welding, and steel hazards, and more.

Voice Authentication formats are available for New York-based employees. In addition, BizLibrary will offer the CAL OSHA 10-Hour Construction course from ClickSafety and the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) exam prep course. Upon completion of an OSHA course and a passing score on the final exam, learners will receive DOL cards in the mail.

BizLibrary’s content offerings are based on a qualitative approach that involves routinely updating its libraries to reflect the changing needs of the workforce. “Our team works diligently to honor client requests for new content offerings, and this new partnership with ClickSafety will help organizations stay up to date on the latest safety regulations as well as work to solve common business challenges,” said Erin Pinkowski, vice president of Product at BizLibrary.

BizLibrary continues to offer OSHA-equivalent workplace safety training within its core BizLibrary Collection for employers seeking non-certification or annual refresher training as recommended by OSHA. Each OSHA-equivalent program provides training on one of the mandatory training topics in the OSHA 10 general industry program.
