BizLibrary’s 9th annual ALIGN Employee Training Conference concluded yesterday, after three days of keynote presentations, breakout sessions, special events, and important announcements. With 250+ total attendees, this was the largest conference ever held by BizLibrary.
The conference opened on Monday with various sessions devoted to increasing clients’ understanding of BizLibrary solutions, the newest of which was “BoosterLearn Features & Benefits.” In this session, clients were able to see exactly how BizLibrary’s post-training reinforcement solutions can dramatically impact learning retention and increase training ROI.
Tuesday morning, during the President’s address, Dean Pichee discussed developments in BizLibrary over the last year, as well as focuses for the coming year. After breakout sessions and special events, attendees were invited to a Networking Event held at the St. Louis Zoo on Tuesday night.
Keynote Speakers this year included Professor Art Kohn, a notable researcher on the science of learning and organizational training, and Laura Goodrich, founder of Global Workforce Transformation.
During the Awards Luncheon on Tuesday, BizLibrary announced the winners of the 2016 Excellence in Employee Training Awards. The award recipients represent clients and partners who have leveraged BizLibrary’s solutions to move their organizations forward and impact the industry as a whole.
