Organizations have identified skills gaps long before the COVID-19 pandemic, but “The Great Resignation” has only accelerated this need as more and more employees are making career shifts.
To better understand how organizations are tackling skill gaps, BizLibrary administered a skills survey to more than 200 respondents in the HR and L&D spaces across several organization and team sizes, as well as industries, from mid to late 2021. BizLibrary found that two-thirds of respondents have a personalized skills development program but could still benefit from improvements.
