Hear what our producer partners have to say about the past year and the coming year!

Q: What do you wish you had known about the training industry at the beginning of 2018?
A: I wish we had known how big a need there is for safety training. We’ve always thought it would be difficult to provide fully comprehensive safety information in a microlearning format, and so we thought it might be outside our wheelhouse. But in the past year we learned that video training organized around the idea of creating a culture of safety is something our customers need, especially those organizations that don’t have a dedicated safety division. That’s why we’ve partnered with some truly exceptional safety instructors to create that content for 2019. Our only regret is that we didn’t get to it sooner. ❮ ❯

Q: What should we be looking out for with employee training in 2019?
A: From us, we are going to dive into safety education in a significant way. We’ll still bring our trademark style to it, so our videos will be as entertaining as they are educational. That can be tricky with something as serious as safety, but we’re confident it can be done, and we’re equally confident that our entertaining approach to safety training will result in more attentive viewing and higher adherence than a more lecture-oriented approach would.
