This year has changed us. As L&D and HR professionals, we’re doing it all-helping employees navigate their home-work environments, worrying about the health and safety of our teams, and maintaining a vibrant company culture … also (don’t forget) we’re doing it all virtually! This special event, hosted by BizLibrary, is a chance to connect with other L&D and HR professionals who have experienced and continue to experience the same organizational challenges as you.
During this two-hour conversation, BizLibrary’s Senior Director of Talent Development and Culture, Libby Mullen-Eaves, will open up about the challenges she’s faced and the strategies she has used to help our organization adapt to a virtual world, and we want to hear your stories, too.
The four common organizational challenges we’ll be discussing are:
Coaching and management
Training and development
This is not a traditional webinar, but instead a conversation driven by your questions. Submit your question(s) after you register and join the live conversation on December 10. We’ll also have a live Q&A at the end of each segment (time-permitting).
Join us for the entire event or pop in for the segment(s) of your interest, whatever works best for you!
Check out the agenda below. We look forward to learning how to overcome these challenges together.
