Managing & Leading Remotely: A Fireside Chat with Remote-Leadership Experts

Wednesday, August 12, 2020, 1:00 pm CT

Are you one of the people who never expected to work or lead people from home?

Does it feel like it’s harder and more confusing to manage your team when everyone is somewhere else?

You’re not alone. 2020 has changed the way many of us work, perhaps forever. And you likely have questions you’d love to have answered by an expert.

Join two of BizLibrary’s most popular webinar presenters, Kevin Eikenberry and Wayne Turmel, the authors of “The Long-Distance Leader, Rules for Remarkable Remote Leadership”, and “The Long-Distance Teammate – Stay Engaged and Connected Working Anywhere,” for a very special event. The entire webinar will be taking questions from the audience about what they find most challenging about remote leadership:

  • How do you build a team?
  • How do you maintain trust?
  • What if your people would rather eat broccoli than use their webcams?

No question is out of bounds. If it’s important to you, we’ll try to help.

This webinar will be a live Q&A style with Kevin and Wayne, so send in your questions using the survey after you register or submit them in the chat during the webinar.
