She’ll go over steps and best practices you can use to create or enhance your training program, and she’ll share how she uses evaluations and different tactics to not only engage new learners but keep seasoned learners engaged as well.

During the webinar, you’ll learn:

  • A step-by-step breakdown of how to build a successful training program
  • How to identify and set training program goals for the new year with an existing training program and curriculum
  • Why focusing on engaging existing learners is just as important as capturing the attention of new learners
  • How to overcome hurdles such as leadership buy-in, low engagement, and new challenges from COVID-19
